Enjoy a professionally prepared gourmet meal in the comfort of your beautiful Sayulita vacation villa. Allow Sofia to come to your home and prepare one of her amazing dishes for your friends and family.

Sofia has been preparing gourmet food all of her life – “Food is my passion”

She looks forward to sharing her expertise and her wonderful meals with you in the privacy of your Sayulita Vacation Villa.

You may either choose from Sofia’s menus which include traditional Mexican meals with a gourmet flair of  Italian, Moroccan, Indian, Vegetarian and Vegan, or work with Sofia to create your own personalized menu.

Each dinner includes two side dishes, a main course, and a dessert.  “I love dessert – I am known for my desserts.”

Sofia will come to your home with all she needs to prepare you an amazing meal that will add a special element to your Sayulita Vacation.

Sofia is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and gourmet cooking.

appetizer: bruschetta with roasted red and yellow bell peppers with basil

 

main course: mahi mahi fish fillet with italian spices, tomato and white wine sauce

 

side dish: salad with homemade dressing, creamy polenta with blue cheese and pecans

appetizer: humus with pita bread or eggplant dip with pita bread or vegetables

 

main course: moroccan style chicken with moroccan spices, eggplant, tomato and almonds

 

side dishes, choose two: cous cous, cucumber salad with yogurt cilantro-mint dressing, or chickpea and vegetable stew

 

dessert: spiced coffee and cardamom cake  

 

 
EAST INDIAN

 

appetizer: indian potato fritters

 

main course: chicken in a flavorful indian curry with coconut milk

 

side dish: indian rice pullao with spices, vegetables and cashews  

 

dessert: ginger coconut ice cream with mango sauce

Substitutions of side dishes from any menu is possible, as well as for desserts.

 

Salad dressings: blue cheese, mustard-honey, herb/olive oil vinaigrette, basil lemon and yogurt dressing, sesame dressing
