Surfing brought me to the beautiful village of Sayulita several years ago and I have now decided to return to make this my home. My professional massage experience in Mexico includes masseuse positions at luxury resorts, yoga retreats, and private villas in Sayulita and Punta de Mita.

I am extensively trained in Swedish massage, shiatsu, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, orthopedic massage and pain management.

Services Offered

(one hour sessions)

Swedish Massage for relaxation:  $55 USD

Shiatsu performed traditional Japanese-style, fully clothed on the ground. Shiatsu helps improve circulation, relieves muscular tension & balances the body's energy. $55 USD

Deep Tissue massage is directed towards deeper tissue structures of the muscle & fascia, releasing tension or trigger points caused by trauma or poor posture:  $65 USD

(One and a half hour sessions)

Hot Stone brings blood to the surface temporarily, increasing blood circulation & increasing all skin functions thus having a relaxing effect on the blood vessels, muscles & nerves, promoting the functional activity of body cells: $85 USD

Combination In this massage I use Swedish techniques for relaxation of the body, deep tissue to treat tender points, and acupressure to regulate the body's life force energy. $90 USD

All oils used are 100% organic so no harmful chemicals are absorbed into the body.
