With experience in Mexican cuisine restaurants in both, Toronto, Canada and Guadalajara, Mexico we offer an array of authentic Mexican and Tropical dishes, sure to please any palate!

Detail and charm go into every dish prepared. Meals are presented in the most unique way, from real pineapple bowls, to flambé delights.

We are happy to accommodate your needs. Please advise us ahead of time for any special dietary requests. We can accommodate your dining experience the way you like it! Please let us know if you’d like a formal sit down dinner or buffet style!

Appetizers:

Queso Fundido – Melted cheese with chorizo appetizer served with corn tortillas.
Ceviche – A favourite among many! Served with fresh tortilla chips.
Jalapenos Rellenos – Cheesy, flavourful appetizers with a bite.

Seafood:

Grilled Mahi Mahi— Served with your choice of either a mango sauce or garlic sauce. Served with Mexican rice and steamed Mexican vegetables.
Shrimps— Choose either pineapple shrimps, bacon wrapped shrimps or garlic shrimps. Served with Mexican rice and steamed Mexican vegetables.
Grilled Red Snapper— Choose either a Veracruz sauce or garlic sauce. Served with Mexican rice and steamed Mexican vegetables.

Meats:

Filet Mignon steak strips - served with guacamole, beans, chorizo sausage and quesadillas.
BBQ Ribs or BBQ Chicken - served with Mexican rice and beans.
Chipotle Chicken - served with Mexican rice and steamed Mexican vegetables. (For spicy lovers)!
Shish Kabobs - Shrimp, beef, chicken and grilled veggies on a skew served with Mexican rice and nopal salad.
Chicken, beef or veggie fajitas - served with Mexican rice and beans.
Chicken or veggie enchiladas - served with Mexican rice and beans.

Desserts:

Flan Flambé – Traditional flan with a flare!
Chocolate cake – A generous slice of cake with whipped cream.
Glazed tropical fruit plate – Tropical fruits such as kiwi, mango, strawberries and grilled bananas lightly glazed.
Deep Fried Ice Cream – Classic vanilla ice cream with a Mexican twist.

*All dinners are served with chips, salsa and guacamole to start, and all come with your choice of either a nopal cactus garden salad or tortilla soup before the main course!
