DARQCO is an architectural, design, and construction project-management company created and working in Sayulita, Nayarit Mexico.  The firm is headed by Luis Angel Gordian (graduate of University of Guadalajara with a degree in Construction Management) who is a native of Sayulita and founded DARQCO in 2005. 

Currently, DARQCO has completed 15 homes in the local areas including Sayulita, Puerto Vallarta, Mezcales, Bucerias, and La Cruz.  A few pictures are shown in his gallery to the right.

Luis has studied extensively and is fully competent in the following construction/architecture related computer applications:

• AutoCad
• CivilCad
• 3D Max

Luis also works part time in the county planning office in Valle de Banderas.  Thus, he can be a great asset in helping you to get your building permits, topographical maps, and land use permits.

Complete design and an initial set of plans in AutoCad for a single family home in Sayulita can be as little as $8,000 pesos.
