Anabel makes life easier by saving you the time of a menu for own home or vacation villa. She will set the table, plate and serve the food, as many or as few courses and you'd like, then clear the table and clean the kitchen before leaving.
Anabel can also incorporate different flavors from Mexico, Italy, Thailand, France, and the Mediterranean, she can also take care of any special dietary requirements not to forget to mention vegetarians.
Let Anabel guide you on a gastronomic culinary adventure created from the freshest ingredients of the region.
Menus can be presented beforehand to select from, or your personal requests can be fulfilled. Being flexible is an integral part of Anabel’s concept. If you have specific requirements or desires then she will be able to satisfy them.

You'll pick up a date and tell me how many of you in your party and what you would like.
We'll email you a Fine Dinning solutions menu from which to choose your special event course selections and we'll ask for a deposit to hold your preferred date. You don't have to pick from our extensive menu - We are happy to prepare anything you like.
All dishes incorporate ingrediants that symbolize health, long life, good luck wealth and happiness.

About my private chef Anabel
Anabel was born in Oaxaca, Mexico and raised in Canada by her mother. She travelled all her childhood in India and Europe to back and forth between Mexico and Canada, developing a taste of flavors and a savory palate.
From very young age Anabel has been influenced from both her mother’s and grandmother’s culinary taste. Her mother owned restaurants and was a culinary critique. She, from very young age started to be interested about new flavors and love to cook. You can say that she has it in her blood!
Anabel decided to study culinary arts in Vancouver at a prestigious school and she has obtained her degree with an award and winning culinary contests. She decided to gain more experience by travelling in France where she worked as apprentice in a castle De la Chevre d’Or at the blue coast in France. She travelled and worked in Europe to gain more experience and self confidence…Looking to taste new spices and flavours in the Mediterranean as Italy, South of France, Spain and North Africa where she continued and decided to take classes of Thai cuisine in Chang Mai in north of Thailand to challenge her skills.
Anabel returened to Mexico where her roots call her back and has worked 7 years in the Mexican Caribbean to continue what she loves to do. She is now living in Sayulita where she fell in love with this little town and looks forward to cooking for you!
Her personality radiates in her cooking and she is really passionate about every dish she prepares.
